"I had experience a issue with another hotel and that couldn’t find my reservation. I went onto the app and rebooked with this hotel. The gentleman at the desk was compassionate and handle the situation gracefully. I really appreciate his kindness as I was experiencing the most stressful situation. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the shower was wonderful. Overall a very nice stay Thank you."

"We had a great overnight stay! The kids had an absolute blast at the pool—especially the waterslide, which was super fast and a total hit. We interacted with several staff members during our visit, and every single one was friendly, kind, and helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, and the beds were very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. There was a bit of renovation happening (they were replacing carpets in some areas), and while a few common areas were still unfinished, it didn’t impact our stay at all. The parts that were already updated looked great, and there was no noise or disruption. Breakfast was decent—nothing fancy, but it did the trick for a quick start to the day. Overall, it was a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stop on our trip. We'd definitely stay again!"
