"Water park is ICE COLD!! and theres NO HOT TUB at all on the premises for the kids to warm up in so they were begging to take pool breaks to go back to their room to warm up in a hot shower. The hallway to our room absolutely STUNK! We couldnt tell if it was something rotting or what it was but it was awful. Beds and pillows are all ancient and worn out. Will definitely never be returning"

"The staff here are the friendliest and most helpful people I’ve encountered in hospitality. They helped me get my missing jacket (lost and found) shipped back to me. Before that though on our first night they helped get a room with a better desk in it. Everyone says hi, good morning, etc. I wish more hotels had good staff. They need a little TLC time on the room furniture. We actually moved two separate rooms due to wobbly desks (my family can be klutzy) and bad desks were in both rooms. The room ac/heater unit was a little loud and had an erratic fan sound happening. Probably just needs cleaning. Anyway - I love the cookies at the front desk and that there was always coffee downstairs in the lobby. "

"We had a truck and a trailer and we provided with safe parking the hotel manger waited at the door to let us in while we gathered our suitcases and we took elevator to the 3rd floor and we founded our room to be nixed decorated a big tv exceptionally clean "

"Not much parking in front of hotel they blocked off the area by the doors. Many questions about my service dog and needed to see my official documents which I did not have with me. So I was charged for having a pet.A/C unit loud and would cut in and out which in turn kept waking me up. "
