"Great place very clean and comfortable with nice roof top"

"The room was very clean and cosy. However it was situated right beside the restaurant. We had to walk thru the dinning area to get to our room. The restaurant closed at 11 pm so there wasn’t any noise interference. There was a little smell in the bathroom but not enough for an official complaint. There was no kettle/mini fridge/microwave. The staff were excellent, very friendly and always willing to help. The is a plus plus. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel so I cannot comment. The location was perfect. Close to everything in Chefchaouen. The Medina was gorgeous. The hotel has a beautiful garden and it’s a very nice relaxing ambiance. The only downside was you have to walk lots of stairs to get to the hotel. I would recommend a carryon or a backpack. If you have any walking restraints, this Medina is not for you. Lots of uphill and stairs. But it’s beautiful province. I would recommend this hotel."

"The staff onsite reacted quickly to meet and direct us to parking directly outside the casa. The location is fabulous and delicious and plentiful breakfast was provided!"

"My stay at the Riad Nila was very nice .. my girlfriend and I stayed in the top highest room in the hotel , very nice views all around, and open space sitting terrace… check in was a breeze hotel was reasonably priced and very clean … , will definitely stay in this location again in the very near future Shukran Jazaleen Joe ( Surfside Miami Beach Florida) "

"I didn’t have breakfast or use the spa. Great location and nice property. Ill-fitting, cheap sheets, worn out towels, no towel or cleaning service. Surly uncommunicative front desk staff"

"This place is fine for a night or two. My room was rather small but typical, I think, for many riads. The breakfast was nice and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was a bit noisy at night due to the close proximity of the rooms (you can hear other guests coming in and out of their room) and there were some young kids playing out in front of the hotel until fairly late."

"The hotel was perfectly located and looked to be newly redone. The staff was incredible. Couldn't be nicer. Breakfast on the terrace was so beautiful. The beds were very hard though. Maybe a cultural thing?"

"Honestly, I would not stay here again for all the money in the world. The bathroom smelled and the room was very noisy until almost 2 am because the window faces the street. I did not like the experience and would not recommend it."
