"We came to this hotel as a family to meet my parents and had our children with us. The room arrangement was perfect. We booked a family room with a separate room and bathroom for our children, while we had our own private room with a balcony. Before arriving, I called internationally to request that our room and my parents' room be on the same floor. Unfortunately, the staff was not very helpful. I spent about $50 on the call and was told to request it at check-in. At one point, someone actually hung up on me—disappointing. The hotel itself was lovely, with a great beach and an abundance of food. THE FOOD WAS AMAZING! Cleanliness could be improved. There was dust and debris under the beds, and my daughter found a cigarette and lighter under one of them, making it clear that housekeeping was not cleaning underneath. We loved the rain showers, but the shower stalls had some mildew and could use fresh caulking. The daily discotheque was overwhelmingly loud and made it almost impossible to sleep, even with earplugs. If you want a quiet environment at night, this may not be the place for you. We also tried the Turkish bath and massage experience, and that was a WOW! Overall, we enjoyed the hotel, beach, room setup, and especially the food!"

"The staff were the best part of this trip. A big, warm thank you to everyone from serving staff to kitchen staff to housekeeping to front desk. The property is wonderful, well kept, and right on the water. Private beach is a perk. Watch out for the steep decline to the property - there are stairs about halfway down, but the first part from the street is very tricky. Would recommend extending the staircase or adding a rail. Additionally, I am thankful to the kitchen for accommodating my vegetarian diet. It would be great to see more veggie-friendly options on the menu!"

"The best hostel ever ! Breakfast was amazing, as was the pool. The dorms were great with curtains . Many rooms offer a view of the water. There was a room with books, TV and quiet area to plug in phones. . It was a van ride away from Kas, and i would advise people to bring food, drinks from town. Staff were very helpful and friendly."

"Good location able to walk to the beach although shuttle bus runs regularly if required. Bar and restaurant area at the beach looks tired and limited catering arrangements. Regular bus service to Side and other areas would be useful if this info is available in the hotel . Plenty of seating area around the pool during the day without having to get up early and reserve!! Makes a pleasant change ."

"Great hotel with great breakfast as well. Staff was very professional. Clean facilities. Only disappointment was the sunshade down by the water was damaged, but I assume that will be fixed before the next season. Our second time staying there, will probably stay there again!"
