"Omg!! I stayed just one night and found myself wishing i was staying longer. From the moment I was checked into this beautiful spotless hotel, i understood why its the Grand Hyatt. The facilities were spotless and although I was too tired to use the club/roof bar on my one night stay, i knew it would have been great. My room was styled chic and modern with everything to make you comfortable and when i checked out at 12 noon, i was able to store my luggage to go out and explore the city. Now the staff!! You all should be proud of yourselves because the standard of courtesy was first class, i felt like a princess lol. When next I come into town, i'm definitely heading back here and this time for much longer. Thank you for a wonderful night stay. "

"Hotel staff were very friendly. They helped me painlessly switch rooms when I realized I accidentally booked a room without a fridge. Very comfortable, cute rooms and quiet property. Restaurants on site were very convenient when we had long days or got back to the hotel late. Would stay here again!"
