The architecturally attractive apartment house with beautiful pool (8m x 4m), and well-tended garden is located in the famous resort of "Medulin" on the southern tip of Istria only 9 km away from Pula and the famous Roman amphitheater. The outskirts location ensures a quiet holiday in the midst of private cottages without car noise, (dead end-only residents), yet it is only a 10-15-minute walk to the center.
The 6 apartments of this holiday home are air conditioned, have a balcony or terrace, some with sea view, otherwise pool or garden view and have satellite TV. The apartments are suitable for 2-5 persons.
The beautiful outdoor area offers the pool and a beautiful garden with lawn areas. Here are the guests of the house sun loungers and umbrellas available. The private parking for 6 cars on the property is reserved for the guests of the house.
A barbecue is also available. Also a laundry for laundry is given. Pets are not allowed out of consideration for other guests.
