Holiday house is located in village Medulin, only 900 m from the beach and from the center of Medulin. Detached house is situated on two floors. House is modern equipped and has nice enclosed garden with grill on disposal and private parking place. Every bedroom has private bathroom, air condition and Sat Tv.
Location of the house is on a peaceful area and vicinity of the grocery store, beach and beach bars... Selection of the nearby restaurants and easy going atmosphere make this house perfect for the relaxed summer vacation.

Once a fishing village, today a modern tourist resort, Medulin offers a dynamic and eventful vacation. Everything is focused on tourism. There is a bank in town that works all year round, as well as ATMs, post office, doctors’ offices, pharmacy, marketplace, car wash, stores, souvenir shops, jewelry shops, hairdressers and galleries. A wide variety of entertainment is offered, ranging from discotheques open until morning to terraces with live music.

Medulin’s unique sandy beach Bijeca, one kilometer long, attracts families with young children. Nature lovers prefer campsites where they can relax in the shade of century old pine trees. Medulin is also the perfect place for naturists who want to feel nature.

Perfektes Haus für eine größere Familie oder unterschiedliche Familien

Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet und frisch renoviert. Es erwartet euch eine sehr große Küche inklusive einem offenem Wohnzimmer. Alle Zimmer sind einzeln mit Klimaanlage gekühlt. Und das Beste: zu jedem Schlafzimmer gehört ein eigenes Bad. Auf dem sehr großen Grundstück gibt es genug Spielraum für Kinder. Der Pavillon draußer schützt vor der Sonne und lädt sowohl zum Essen ein, als auch einfach ein kühles Getränk zu genießen. Der Strand ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Man kann dabei sich zwischen Sand- oder Kiesstrand entscheiden. Es war ein sehr netter und liebevoller Austausch mit den Inhabern bei der Schlüsselübergabe. Bei einer größeren Gruppe würde ich mich wieder für das Haus entscheiden.
