"The staff was nearly non-existent and certainly not helpful. The property was shabby. The curtains did not cover the full window. When I complained about that, the front desk person said, "Really? You know you could use the blinds instead." When I told him that didn't fix the issue, he said he would pass it along to the manager. And I didn't hear anything else. It was a lot of money for very low quality. I wish I could get my money back."

"Lady at check-in was very nice and friendly. Out TV never worked we were told the weather caused satellite problems. The lady at checkout was totally unfriendly and impossible to find even after ringing the bell multiple times. Had to leave with no receipt."
