"The housekeeping manager Eseta was not good. She didn't want to take any complaints about cleaning the room. The room smelled really bad, the stove was not working, and we had to go to a different room to cook food. Staff were very arrogant and full of lies and there talking tone was very high they informed us guest will do there own cleaning and bedding themselves they won't change bedding until u asked them my rating will 1 out of 10 very bad experience please read there guide lines before taking there rooms or else they will come up with there rule book if guest complain 1 star is. For the lady on checkout "

"I recently retired after 45 years in the hotel industry. I've spent time with all sorts of properties and franchises and this was one of our absolute favorite vacations. The location and facilities are first rate, but you can't match is the friendliness if there staff with a special shout out to Apashna! She makes everyone feels so special."

"Beach lounge chairs need to be replaced. Cushions of seating in restaurants need to be cleaned or replaced. Very stained. Overall a great place with an amazing staff."

"Staff are amazing, however, we had quite a lot of issues with our room which was frustrating. Firstly, the door was broken. The staff had to replace the entire lock system the following day, which meant a night/day with easy access to the room. Secondly, the air conditioning was broken and the engineer was on site regularly to try and fix it. Eventually they refunded one night accommodation because the air conditioner couldn’t be fixed in one of the three bedrooms (and boy oh boy was it hot and unusable). Thirdly, the air conditioner in another bedroom overflowed and leaked water everywhere. Despite all of this, we loved the place and had a great time. Beautiful staff and a gorgeous place with great food, pools and drinks. Would go back!"
