Our home was built in 1957 and while we continuously maintain, update, and thoroughly clean it, it retains the charm and character of an older beach house. If you're looking for a busy beach and a brand-new, modern property, this may not be the right fit.

Charming, peaceful, rustic, country and a touch of old time Florida property, an older beach house appointed with the essentials for a comfortable stay, including; 3 queen beds, queen sofa bed, full kitchen (dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, etc.), linens, towels, beach towels, Wi-Fi, 2 smart TV's. Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and more. New washer and dryer on site. Best feature is ocean front view! Ground level loft like apartment sleeping four available for extra fee.

Quiet, tranquil, natural unspoiled beaches and only a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk along beach to Sebastian Inlet State Park and it's outstanding fishing pier and nature park with shallow beach, manatees often swim right into these shallow waters where you can gently pet them and enjoy their beauty up close.

Melbourne Beach has some of Florida's finest beaches, peaceful, charming, nature abounds, clear water, pristine unspoiled beaches. Sit back and relax, take a swim, buggy board, surf, fish or do nothing but take in tropical scenery. With three bedrooms all having queen beds, a queen sofa bed, two full bathrooms and all the comforts of home it sleeps 8 very comfortably. Beach front house sits on a 1.2 acre property.

Most mornings you can be sure to see beautiful sea birds, turtle tracks and even dolphins in the shimmering sun light just before dawn. Sit on the beach deck and allow the sound of the waves and the ocean breeze to let your imagination wisk you away to dreamland. Feel the sand between your toes as you work on your tan after a refreshing swim in the ocean, or just relax in one of our adirondack chairs.

Please leave the sand at the beach. There is a shower for rinsing in the back yard, keep sand out of the house and showers as it clogs the drains.

Property has no neighbors to south or north which is a state protected natural space. Two townhouses located close to street also share property.

Our neighborhood relies on well water, our well is hundreds of feet below ground, water is treated on a regular basis even though sometimes it will have a light odour. For drinking we get you started by providing some bottled water, in addition a five gallon dispenser helps provide water for cooking, it can be refilled at local Publix’s grocery store up the road five to seven minutes.

Publix grocery store five to seven minute drive north along highway A1A. Easy day trips to Orlando and NASA from here.
