Just a lovely stay - had to extend multiple times for work and the staff made it so easy. Stayed in both the 1 bedroom apartment and the lofts - both are very spacious although the lofts are stairs only so don’t bring a 30kg suitcase like me! Either way, this will definitely be my new first port of call for trips to Melbourne. Great part of town, bus and tram on your doorstep and flinders station is a quick hop away. Beds and sofa were comfortable for a 6’5 man which is rare! Surprised this place doesn’t have a higher rate

Easy walking or transport to Melb Central / Bourke Street Mall. Kitchen was lacking dishwasher tablets, plug for sink; in fact any plugs for bath/ bathroom either. There was no dish drainer either. Three of us staying and only two towels. I had to ask for the Expedia perk as they were not to forthcoming.

Such a great property and so well located. The rooms are huge and so well appointed. The staff are super helpful and friendly and it’s so easy to get in and out of parking. Only downfall is a bit of a wait for the lift with one out of order but there’s not much they can do about that.

I stayed here for one night for a business trip as I had an event at the Tennis centre - easy walking distance, IGS supermarket right next door to the apartment building for snacks/food, car park attached to the hotel (extra cost but worth it). Room was large and spacious which was great as I had to do some work from my laptop so didn't feel squished or cramped. Would definitely stay here again.
