Staff who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. My stay was comfortable as well, and the price is very reasonable. If I had to nitpick, it's easy for water to splash out of the bath area when showering. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.

The location was relatively convenient. As you stay longer, I was a bit disappointed with the cleaning seeing the hair on the floor of the bathroom and the trashcan with rubbish were not put away.

The one bedroom apartment was very roomy . It had everything in it you needed and of high standard . Very comfy bed It was however quite noisy owing to the proximity of the train line. It was very handy to tram network and Southern cross station . Staff were welcoming .
