Layer of dust across the unit not cleaned properly Pictures off the wall. Overwhelming smell of paint that was almost unlivable 2 out of 4 A/c units not working meant that could only stay in the bedrooms due to cold. A/C specialist came but nothing done (eg send room heater) nothing offered Property manager completely disinterested and took forever to respond to requests and complaints
