I asked the front desk if I can check out one day early, they said yes and I will be reimbursed for one day to my credit card in about 3 business days. Then when I tried to checkout they stated that they couldn't check me out and I would have to checkout with Expedia. I couldn't checkout with Expedia as well. I was charged an additional $304.65 for trying to checkout a day early. I contacted management with no response. I notified my credit card company that it was an unauthorized charge. The $304.65 was about half of what I paid for my stay for a week. In addition, they clean the room once a week and the breakfast was coffee, tea, small packages of gram crackers and some yogurt. Not what was expected from the advertisement. I will never stay at this place again and would not recommend it to my family and friends.

We spent one night, the room was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space for two people. I was surprised to find a full size refrigerator. Not fancy but good if you don’t want to spend a lot of money. Location was perfect for what we wanted to do. Overall positive experience.

I’ve stayed several times at this hotel. It’s always clean. I’ve never had a bad experience. I didn’t notice a smell when i arrived in my room but when I got up in morning I noticed what I would call a “ wet dog “ smell. Even with this occurrence I would stay here again.
