We stayed at this motel as we were attending a function at the hotel. The room was lovely - plenty of space, and of course, so convenient! Pretty noisy as it is situated on Dandenong Rd but the rooms are way back off the road, so not too much of an issue. Everything that you would expect.

it was said there will be WIFI, after calling service desk in receptions i got the passwords, logged in once, within 10 mts that went off, left with no wifi connection till I checked out, also i tried using iron full of dirt i had to clean it before ironing my cloth, no tooth paste or brush, but yes plenty of small bottles of shampoo and conditioner . .

After a rather frosty welcome and a surprise $100 room deposit sorry sir not cash, I found the room comfortable a the renovated bathrooms nice. The bed was very good. Bad point it was over a week before my room deposit was refunded,

Bed was terrible, curtains were ripped, only one staff member serving both the bar and kitchen. Food was lacking in both quality and quantity overall the only thing the Monash done well was charge!! Wouldn’t go back

The staff are amazing, my meal was great and my room very clean. However, the noise from patrons in the outside smoking area, woke me at 1.30am and again at 4.30am and 6am 2 guys having a loud discussion. Was amazed at how many people were there at 7am, when I came in for a coffee.
