Great service, good value.

Stayed in a small but cimfortable room and had dinner in the hotel above. A beautiful view from the window. A very nice bed. Lovely friendly staff. Food was delicious and not overly pricey. I would def stay again!

Great location for our Mornington trip. Staff were helpful. Room was clean. Beds comfortable. Plenty of dining and bars to choose from within walking distance. 2 minute walk to the beach. Only issue was with our TCL smart TV and Netflix shutting down every 15 minutes, so couldn't even finish a movie, which was frustrating. TV aside, no hesitation staying here again.

Good value

Stayed for a week while visiting family and the area. Very limited hanging space and no cupboards or shelving to put anything on so had to live out of my case. The complimentary water, tea and coffee was much appreciated and the housekeeping ladies where very friendly.

The facility was very good. Staff extremely helpful and pleasant. Room was up to a high standard. Only down side to our visit was that our room wasn't ready at check in time (2pm). There was a delay of 30mins which didn't allow us much time to get to our next engagement at 3pm. Hence we were late to that event.

there has a liquid waste truck at 7.30am to pump out grease trap the truck stop right out side the window of our room. the stench went right through our room and made my wife and I feel rather sick witch spoiled our stay immensely.

Initial check in was a breeze room was very clean and comfortable the negative and it wont be a big deal for many but i booked the room for convenience reason as i was attending a 40th upstairs so the room was for my mum and my 2 little sons however the tv wouldnt work i called the manager to come down they came down and couldnt fix it said sorry i dont know why its not working... the next morning our keys stopped working from 830am so we couldnt leave the room without leaving the door open. Then on monday when checking to see if my bond had been refunded i realised they had charged me twice for my room 🙄 sooo overall i think $222 was pretty dam expensive for 1 night. Especially when u cant even use the tv
