The location is perfect. There are a lot of restaurant nearby. However, in the room, the washing dish, trash bag, washing powder are too few, I use it out for two days.

It is my second stay here and it is a great location.
Room is clean, the living and dining area look exactly like pictures. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. The parking lot looks safe. The check-in and check-out process were considered smooth. My only complaint is the noise from the renovation from upstairs unit at 7am.

Have stayed here before and will stay here again. Value for money this place is very good!
The place is clean and similar to what was shown in the photos. There are many restaurants nearby. The rooms aren't big but are sufficient enough for its purpose. I love the work desk because I need to do my work on a desk so it was perfect. I wish there will be more space near the faucet in the bathroom as I have no place to put my toiletries and stuffs. The only complaint is some units are doing remodeling work before 7am on Monday and woke us up.

Great place to stay.
Good location, near The Glen, so very convenient. A bit tricky trying to get the key because of the roadworks around the building. Luckily the manager is helpful on the phone. Price was very competitive.
Very central to everything.

Recommend to stay at Park Avenue, Ikon apartment
Apartment is very clean. Beds are very comfortable . Easy access to eateries and restaurants as it is just across the road where the apartment is, shopping at the Glen is five minutes away from the apartment. Train station to city is just downstairs behind the building. We had a wonderful stay here
