Very Friendly staff. The hotel is based in the heart of the city (short walking distance to cafe's/bars). Very reasonably priced accommodation. My hotel when travelling into the City.

Hotel Grand Chancellor Melbourne
Breakfast special was good value with a good selection. Happy hour in the bar was also good value although bar staff lacked knowledge of simple drink requests for example a scotch and dry.
