The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. Our room was spacious and relaxing, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The service was great throughout, and we really noticed the attention to detail. "What a hidden gem!✨️ This hotel is a rare find, located in a quiet area of Venlo and offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. We only stopped for one night, and because of the late check-in, we didn’t get the chance to experience everything the hotel has to offer. However, a few things are definitely worth mentioning: late check-in, good-sized monitored parking, a brilliant breakfast, and a swimming pool open from 8:30 am. The rooms are spacious and offer excellent value for money, while the staff are absolutely amazing. As a bonus, we even had the chance to meet the entire Qatar national football team, which made our stay even more memorable! ⚽️ I’ve already saved the location and will definitely plan my future journeys to stop here whenever I’m in the area."

"The air conditioning was brilliant and very much appreciated. I always find hotel rooms too hot, but my room this time was very cool, in a heatwave. I would have appreciated a bottle of water in the room, but otherwise everything was perfect."
