Appartamento Giade is an apartment in Torre dell`Orso, on the coast of Melendugno. The vacation home offers up to 7 beds, for relaxing vacations on the Adriatic coast of Salento.
The house is on the second floor of a building 200 meters from the beach and is equipped with accessories such as central air conditioning , washing machine, 2 TVs, mosquito nets, induction hob, parking space, outdoor shower, electric oven. Pets are allowed.

TheAppartamento
Giade is a solution located on the second floor of a building in which
there are other vacation homes. It is autonomous and independent.
A gate allows access to a paved patio useful for parking the car and taking a shower outside when returning from the sea.
Convenient stairs lead to the second floor, where the apartment is developed. The entrance is into a large living room with 1 double sofa bed, dining room, TV and outdoor access to balcony where there are sofas and coffee table for relaxing.
From
the living room you go to the kitchen equipped with induction cooktop,
dining room, TV and outdoor access to a courtyard equipped with
washstand, washing machine, table and chairs.
A corridor leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 1 triple bedroom with double bed + single bed, 1 double bedroom and a full shower room.
The air conditioning is centralized and cools all rooms.

Giade is located in the center of Torre dell`Orso, a lively Salento
seaside resort along the Adriatic coast. Near the house there are all
the main services.
The beautiful village beach with its pine
forest and the legendary "two sisters" are within walking distance,
being just 200 meters away. From the vacation home you can walk to the
famous Sun Gardens, an amusement park in the area.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1  - San Foca (at the Agency UnMetroDaMare )
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
