Villino Gioiellino is a 5-bed vacation home for vacations in Torre dell`Orso, just 800 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches in Salento.
The house is simple and cozy, complete with the main accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, electric stove, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets on doors and windows, iron and ironing board. There is also parking and outdoor shower in the garden.

Villino Gioiellino is a simple, cozy vacation home with attention to detail and finish, equipped with all the essentials for a relaxing vacation just minutes from the sea and all services.
A large courtyard with a gate for 2 cars also allows access for internal parking. A shaded veranda, furnished with table and chairs, is perfect for al fresco dining.
The entrance is into a furnished living room with dining area, 1 full-size sofa bed, and TV. From here you enter the well-equipped kitchenette.
An air-conditioned hallway cools the sleeping area, consisting of 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with single beds (joinable when needed).
Completing the house are 2 shower rooms, one inside and one in the back yard, where there is also a laundry area and outdoor shower.
The back yard is accessible from the master bedroom and has a gate that overlooks a green area shared between the cottages in the area.

Villino Gioiellino is a vacation home located along a complex of terraced houses in a very quiet area of Torre dell`Orso, a lively marina of Melendugno, a favorite destination for beach vacations in Salento on the Adriatic coast.
The vacation home is about 1 km from the famous Torre dell`Orso beach. All services in the marina are also within walking distance.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 35 to pay upon arrival.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
