They were able to accommodate our early check in, and they even upgraded our rooms (because I accidentally booked a handicap accessible room). My only complaint was that I wish they had thicker window glass as it was quite noisy on the street at night but we were on the 5th floor, it may be better higher up. We also ate dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant and had great food and good service. Valet drivers are top notch! Overall amazing experience."
