Nestled in the picturesque New England lake community of Melvin Village, this well equipped estate invites you to enjoy all that lake life has to offer. With its 2 full floors of living space including a first level primary suite with full bathroom and 2 additional bedrooms on the upper floor with another full bathroom. Spacious kitchen and traditional dining room with enough room for hosting large family lakeside meals. Enjoy relaxing evenings in the screened porch or brick patio overlooking Lake Winnipesaukee and Gunstock Mountain in the distance. If you need to get away and get some work done, enjoy the large den off the dining room. If banging away on a keyboard while trying to relax on your vacation doesn't suit you, then enjoy 100 ft of shared beachfront with the estates other 2bedroom/2bathroom boathouse rental property **(listed separately and can be booked in conjunction with this property). This home also has a boat slip available on a brand new 25 foot long U shaped crib dock in the calm and inviting waters of Melvin Bay. Large sprawling lawns are perfect for young kids to enjoy and exquisitely manicured gardens make for an inviting and peaceful weekly vacation or long term stay.
