"I was greeted at the front desk with a wonderful person by the name of Allie. I asked for a room on the top floor. She was extremely nice and accommodating and gave me a great location in the hotel. I was impressed with the room. I had reserved the executive room. It was clean, comfortable and exceeded my expectations. I had made the reservatin for only a couple of days, but enjoyed the Hampton so much, I extended my stay for another day."

"Hosts were very sweet and accommodating. This was a perfect, quiet getaway. We stayed Halloween weekend and we had beautiful weather the whole time. The sandbar was fully accessible and definitely a unique plus to the traditional camping experience. This is a great spot for both winter and summer!"

"I would give this retreat one million stars if I could! By far the BEST we’ve stayed at. Super clean, super cozy, super spacious and super hosts! The attention to so many details in every aspect of this property shines through the minute you walk through the door. Spectacular sunsets over the private lake and the serene country atmosphere made this the perfect retreat for a fantastic girls weekend. The Hosts even helped out with a flat tire the day of checkout. We will for sure be back to stay for our next adventure to the Burg!!!"

"We rented the Cypress and Magnolia cabin for 4 days and had a wonderful time. We had 15 of us total (10 adults, 1 teen, 2 littles kids,and 2 infants) we had more than enough room for a large group with both cabins. The cabins were clean and had everything we needed supplied in the kitchens for cooking. Not to far of a walk from the cypress cabin down to the water. We really enjoyed the relaxation and quiet days spend at this location. We would come back again. "
