Great Location

I was pleasantly surprised by this property, The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. The apartment was nice and cold when I opened the door, it was hot in Memphis. The apartment was very clean and well kept. I really enjoyed the shower head. It had the rain like vibe to it. The location to everything I wanted to visit was perfect. It literally took under 7 to 5 minutes to travel to my set destinations. The property manager was very nice and very responsive, Travis put my mind at ease about renting this property and I will surely rent this property again when i visit Memphis in the future. I highly recommend this apartment. It was the best price on the site, very clean, just everything i needed. Thank you Travis, I hope to rent again from you sooner than later. 5 STARS....Thanks...Michael

Just need a place to sleep

There were some issues with our stay but the owners were very responsive and fixed all our issues. If you are looking for a place to sleep this place is great :)
