The Stay
The property looked like the picture, the triple bunkbed is hard to get in and out if you are older women like my group. We had a couple of issues but those issues were immediately taken care of. Liked the space of the house. Also enjoyed the hot tub.

Needed Staycation
This was my 2nd time booking this property and my 3rd with this host. It was just what I remembered and needed!!! Clean comfortable quiet peaceful retreat that my body and mind craved. This host is responsive and cares that her guest are happy with their accommodation and her actions and efficient communication proves it. Traveling alone makes safety a priority and this property delivered that. But the cleanliness, design layout and amenities is the cherry and whip cream on top of a lovely getaway. Thank you Ms Tressie I’ll see on my next break from reality 😉

Clean & comfortable, yet deceived
The access to the house was very convenient. The unit was clean & comfortable. However we were not aware of the questionable location. We realized this when finding bars on the windows & a security system, which we did appreciate. The area was vwry neglected.

Perfect Stay for Elvis Week!
5 of us stayed here for Elvis Week this year and it was PERFECT. The proximity to Graceland was wonderful (5 min drive) and the neighborhood is safe, and quiet. Memphis can have some iffy areas close to Graceland, but this location was excellent and we never felt unsafe. The owners have done a lovely job with the house and it suited our needs perfectly. The only suggestion I would make would be to add some more items like scissors, basic tools, umbrellas. etc. for guest use, but that did not take away from my overall satisfaction. Thanks Trisse! :)

Clean and quiet house
The neighborhood is quiet but is not in a great part of town. The house was very clean when we arrived. If you are staying for a while and plan to eat at the house, you will probably need more supplies than what is there. But basic needs are met for sure.

I needed a staycation spot to recharge and break from caregiving and this suited my needs to perfection. Clean,well designed and designed. Quality furnishings. Mattresses super comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was heavenly. Buy maybe my favorite spot is the deck so quiet and soothing. Just what my body and mind needed. Street noise is minimal. I would book again without question! Thanks for great staycation😊

This property is a few minutes drive to Graceland and within 15 minutes of Memphis attractions. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Plenty of parking. Thank you for your hospitality!

Memphis Getaway
This property was close to Graceland which was a plus. The house was clean even though it is an older property. The neighborhood was a concern but we had no problems. Nights were quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

Weekend in Memphis
Nice place! With a lot of space. Property owner was very responsive. There is only one shower, and master bathroom is a tub that has a shower head. To use the shower it was complicated. Other than that I would stay again! It would be nice to stay when it’s not freezing so that the backyard can be enjoyed!

Great weekend band house!
This spot was perfect for us! We played a few nights on Beale; the bunk room was perfect for the boys in the band & we still had room to invite family. It was great unwinding in the hot tub, the beds were comfortable, the ‘fireplace’ made us feel at home & all the TVs are streaming capable. So close to Graceland — overall the best of Memphis.

9 extremely funny women spent long weekend, laughing, sightseeing and gambling. The house was just perfect, great location, close to everything. We never felt like we were in any bodies way and T.V.'s in every room was a plus. The deck is great and the parking was plenty for all of us.

This property is very spacious and is exactly as described. Plenty of beds for sleeping, a lot of open space and a very quiet neighborhood. Easy to find, easy to access and lots of options for eating, pharmacies etc. nearby. Easy to access all attractions.

Great Retreat
I loved this house ..we were in a peaceful neighborhood. I brought everything I needed so I didnt have to go out . The hot tub was nice and the backyard was so peaceful at night. It looked exactly like the pictures . Well definitely rent again. We were conveniently near the spots we wanted to go to like the casino and Beale Street so we didn't have to drive far . Check in was easy and check out .

I stayed here with friends for a conference last weekend, and we had a wonderful stay. The place was clean and had everything we needed, and The communication with the host was very easy. My app never updated the check in information, but as soon as I sent a message to the host, she sent it to me immediately. It was a great stay and exactly as described.

We had a nice stay. We were a little concerned about the neighborhood as we were driving to the property. But we had no problems. On our last night there we had an tree fall on the property next door. The property manager was amazing when I called at 10PM and did her part to get the power company to come out ASAP and work on the power outage. Our biggest complaint was the hot tub was set at 105 when we tried to use it the first night, it took a day of being uncovered to get it cooled down to usable. The bunk beds were awesome as were the tv's in each room to make it easy to have some peace away from each other when needed.

Graceland Trip
The house was spacious enough for my family. Only problem when we arrived was the floors hadn’t been cleaned and there were bugs in the hall closet. Surrounding area was very quiet. Graceland was Amazing and very close to the property. Family definitely enjoyed the hot tub! Overall great trip!

Clean and nice house with great customer service
The house was really clean and has been renovated recently. There were four rooms and plenty of space in the shared rooms like the living room and kitchen. My kids LOVED the triple king size bunked beds! The hottub was clean and the perfect temperature. Trisse was easy to communicate with and answered quickly. Although the house is centrally located in Memphis allowing you to get to downtown or the NE side of town easily, it is in a very old part of town with little to no restaurants or grocery stores close by. They had several plug in air fresheners around the house that had a very strong smell. Although they smelled nice, I he an allergic reaction to them the first day but was fine after they were unplugged for a couple hours. If you have bad allergies you may request they unplug those prior to your arrival.

Overall good experience with this AirBnb! Very beautiful home and the owner is fast to respond and follow up! I was here with family and friends and we all had a good. We had a minor issue and the owner was very polite and caring about the situation. Handle the situation immediately and in a timely manner!

Something to know
We had a very good time but it looked like we was the first to rent you vacation rental. I know it will be nice when you finish the deck, but the build should not have been there when we checked in. The side door need to be fixed, it does not close all the way and people kept getting there hand caught in between the door knob and the side. We let somethings so your next guest will have some common supplies that most rental have at there homes like a broom, dust pan, condiments and breakfast food, but I would suggest you get some games for kids and adults . Overall the place is very nice and we are thinking about having Thanksgiving there if it is available. Thank you for allowing us to stay there.
