All staff was kind and helpful, beds comfortable, excellent location for basketball fans, the hotel seems to be a older Westin hotel and IMHO will need a refresher in the next few years

Hotel was right across the street from where the Grizzlies play and the Rock and Soul museum. A block away from Beale St. and .4 miles from the Civil Rights Museum. Only had breakfast from the attached restaurant but the service was friendly and fast and the Shrimp and grits were amazing. Would stay here again
