Stunning 3 bed, 3 bath house [sleeps 8] in Midtown, 2min drive to Rhodes College
10/10 Excellent
"This Midtown home in Memphis truly IS absolutely stunning. Staying there brought to mind the movie “Christmas in Connecticut” -look it up! This home is ready to host grand dinner parties, stocked with beautiful table linens for the exquisite dining room. Lounge in the grand living room by the gas fireplace while visiting with friends. A sunroom has a large round table perfect for morning coffee. The three bedrooms are comfortable and spacious, the bathrooms are grand, the main suite is an elegant escape. Upstairs you’ll find a media room with three large massage recliners in front of a large screen as well as a treadmill for those who can’t sit still! The huge back yard is quite a hidden treasure. The home is on a busy street but we didn’t notice once inside. An electric gate secures the back drive and yard. This area of town is filled with beautiful historic architecture, simply beautiful. Steven is a great host who is ready to meet your needs and make your stay perfect. "
Charming and Cozy Home in Midtown mins away from restaurants and attractions
10/10 Excellent
"We had a great stay in this beautiful Memphis home. There was plenty of space, nice appliances, and everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was very convenient and close to Midtown. We really enjoyed our time in Memphis and would definitely stay here again if available."
"The property suited our needs and functionality in the space that was provided. It however drastically did not meet expectations as the bed's were horrible, with springs sharply digging into your back, even for the smaller adults of our party. I had a better nights sleep on the open ground the week prior camping. In addition to this one whole unit was without heating for the entirety of our stay. They did bring heaters, blankets, but did not make the stay suitable. We ended up having to go buy towels and wash clothes so that our party could shower, without having to wash laundry midway through, and have everyone have their own items. Our party was understanding and patient with the conditions. However I was expecting a refund of some kind, a night, some kind of compensations since we were inconvenienced. Nothing was offered. The property manager cares more about profit than the occupants of the property. I would not stay here again even if it was for free. It really is tragic as it has a great location, setup, but is not properly equiped/managed. "
