The outside needs to be kept more clean. Outside by the pool, the fire pits are seldom lit because there’s no gas & no one keeps the propane full. The staff & valet are fantastic!!!!

Hu. Hotel
We enjoyed our two nights a Hu. Hotel. The location is fantastic. For a downtown hotel the parking arrangement at a garage across the street is convenient (although expensive). Memphis Riverline Hotel
Everything was great, no price tags in the store and then paying $10 for a bottle of water seemed a little excessive.

Hyatt Centric Beale Street Memphis
The hotel is nice. Staff are pleasant and polite. We only had breakfast at the restaurant and thought the prices were expensive. Waitstaff were polite but service was slow and inefficient. Lighting in the rooms is terrible. Bed was uncomfortable.
