"We had a wonderful stay - the cabin was cosy, clean and private - just what we wanted. The idyllic views together with the outdoor tub was a particular highlight. The enclosed garden was great for our two little dogs. We would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a peaceful getaway. "

"We had a nice room on the 4th floor with a lovely sea view. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. More variety of fruit and choice of cooked food would have been good. Shame there is no parking but this applies to most of the hotels."
"Stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions and always had a pleasant stay. Brilliant location close to railway station, theatre & shops. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast 10/10. Already made another reservation. Shame scaffolding blocks sea view a bit but at least they are maintaining the lovely building."
"We stayed here for a wedding and were incredibly impressed with the location, rooms, facilities and especially the excellent staff. The hotel provided five star customer service with a fantastic friendly and efficient check in on the 20th, not sure of her name (possibly Magda?). Every other member of staff we encountered, also provided exceptional service, from the breakfast concierge to the cleaning team The room was enormous with an excellent bathroom, sliding doors and balcony table, and a wonderful fan which was perfect for a super hot day. If staying in the vicinity of Llandudno or Conwy I would 100% pay the extra and stay here again. The location is amazing and although we did not use the spa, it is amazing that this is free at certain times to hotel guests.
I simply could not find even the tiniest negative thing to say so would give this hotel 100/100."
"The lodge rooms are superbly quiet with absolutely no road noise although friends staying in the main hotel were disturbed by traffic noise. Lodges are freshly decorated with great bathrooms and excellent daily housekeeping
The continental breakfast had a good selection of fruit and yoghurt. The hot food was cooked to order which I much prefer to buffets. The full Welsh breakfast was quite a meagre portion with poor quality sausage, although the other choices such as poached eggs on brioche and cheese omelette with bacon were wonderful. The breakfast staff were exceptionally helpful and went out of their way provided a special order of porridge for a friend with an upset stomach.
Overall this is probably the best option if you want a quiet stay and ample free parking on the edge of town within in a very short walking distance of the main busy areas of shops, pubs and restaurants. I didn’t try the hotel restaurant."
"This is a stunning property in a superb location. The common parts of the main building are just fabulous and worth exploring. Staff are just lovely.
We were staying in Rhianfa Lodge within the hotel grounds and whilst the room was clean and comfortable, the TV had reception problems that the staff tried very hard to fix but it persisted. Breakfast was disappointing with rock hard inedible bacon and strange consistency to the scrambled eggs although the croissants and coffee were the best I've had in the UK. The only other issue was noise disturbance when other rooms ran showers or flushed loos."
