"I booked the Deluxe Penthouse Suite for my sister and I as a quick Get Well Getaway while I recover from shoulder surgery. The room was beautiful and clean. The staff were helpful, kind and accommodating. The balcony had a beautiful view of the water. We got to relax and unwind in a private, quiet setting and marathon The Pitt. We added on In Suite Massages and they were amazing! My sister and I were looking forward to using the sauna which was not working at the time of our stay, so we were slightly disappointed but we will definitely come back again and look forward to trying it on the next visit. The hotel is in a good location as far as distance to restaurants. I would strongly recommend Aqua for your next trip to the Riverhead area. We were beyond pleased! "

"We expected 2 queen beds we got 2 double beds.The security lock on the door was broken,the smoke/fire alarm was just a wire hanging from the ceiling and the second bath towel was full of suspect stains. The only positive was the gentleman on reception on checking out who listened and apologized and later called to say we would get a refund.We would never recommend this place "
