"It needs maintenance, old and dirty carpet, the doors of the bathrooms and closets did not close, although the hotel members were always very friendly"

"I requested Mountain view and it was delightful. Room was very spacious. Bathroom was as well, but the toilet was private, which was great but no room in there whatsoever. We did see one spider crawling in the curtains. Bed was comfy and our stay was cozy. We were right across the mall which was convenient but a little far from the city."

"This is a nice hotel around a convenient area. The staff was friendly and knowledgable. As others have mentioned, there is a small issue with the shower and the floor getting wet. The restroom where the toilet is is enclosed but doesn’t have a vent. Other than those 2 things, everything else was great. Breakfast was good with a variety of items. Room service was convenient. "
