  • Stylish and modern 2-bedroom apartment with a stunning rooftop terrace in the centre of Menfi, a lively town on Sicily’s marvellous west coast, known for its olive trees and vineyards as far as the eye can see, its vibrantly coloured, gently sloping landscape, pristine sandy beaches lapped by a crystal-clear and surprisingly fresh Mediterranean Sea, palm and pine trees, Southern Italian cuisine and wine culture at its finest, and last but not least, its distinctive Sicilian culture shaped by proud locals. Tourist traffic in the region is fairly modest; truly a hidden gem on the Mediterranean coast!

    The apartment is located right off Menfi’s high street on the top floor, giving it the best feature of the apartment building: A fantastic rooftop terrace for dining and wine in the evening breeze.

    The apartment has been in our family for decades, and we recently renovated it with care, bringing it up to modern standards with an atmosphere and all the amenities you’d expect for a comfortable stay. It features 2 bedrooms with flexible single/double beds, air conditioning, and blackout curtains. The modern kitchen-living area includes a dishwasher, coffee machine, air conditioning, and an additional sofa bed.
