Are stay was good, the only thing was the room had a bad stench. The door to our room had oil dripping from hydraulic automatic door

We love this resort for the last 15 years. Everything is so beautiful there and the spa is a once in a lifetime experience. On our last stay we were disappointed to always be redirected to different departments for help. We eventually insisted that staff pick up their phones and request help instead of outsourcing us and making us walk everywhere for simple requests.

The renovated rooms and bathrooms are really nice, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the food at supper in the restaurant was well prepared. There's no breakfast restaurant...just grab-and-go outside of the lobby area (but food isn't pre-made, so you place your order and stand outside waiting while it's prepared). I might stay there again except that the building do not seem to be insulated for noise. I could hear people talking in the hall outside my room at all hours, kids running up and down the halls and yelling, and the exterior door banging shut. I also felt a lack of privacy because my first floor room had large sliding glass doors, but the parking lot was just a few feet away from my room., making changing clothes (or just walking around my room in pjs) uncomfortable.

Great time, excellent suites and great amenities. Perfect for time with family and kids.

WiFi didn’t work. Phones didn’t work. Unless I was missing something, nothing wasn’t going well as aspected.
