Comfortable and bright house built over one floor, fully independent with a private pool, in a rural setting on the outskirts of the town of Mercadal, Menorca.

This 150 m2 house has a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

There are lovely clear views over the countryside and the swimming pool has a large patio area for sun bathing and an outdoor shower.

This mansion is situated on a picturesque island and close to a few tourist attractions like Cala Tirant (9.7 km), Cala Pudenta (14.5 km), and Escull d'en Puig (14 km). The proximity to the town center (3 km) also allows indulging in a shopping spree and enjoy restaurant hopping.

Das Haus war geräumig und makellos sauber, mit einem schönen Garten und einem privaten Pool, der perfekt für unsere Familie war, Die ländliche Umgebung bot atemberaubende Ausblicke auf die Landschaft, und wir liebten es, auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken, Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, was die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten erleichterte, Es war auch günstig gelegen, nur eine kurze Fahrt von Mercadal entfernt, wo wir großartige Restaurants und Geschäfte fanden, Sehr zu empfehlen für Familien, die einen friedlichen Rückzugsort suchen!

Großzügiges Landhaus mit schöner Aussicht

Wir haben die Tage in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Es liegt wunderschön in den Hügeln und hat einen schönen sauberen Pool und eine gemütliche Terrasse. Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung waren sehr sparsam und im Bereich von der Küche müsste man das Kochgeschirr, mal ersetzen und einiges ergänzen. Empfehlen würden wir den Gästen Moskitonetze oder Stecker. Ansonsten alles wunderbar!
