There was even a small kitchenette and refigerator. We also had a balcony with gray pavilion views. Checkin and checkout was easy! "Centrally located near everything. The unit was a 5-10 minutes walk away from all the major Venice sights. The room was clean but lots of noise from its central location. Dishe cleanliness was not the greatest but otherwise, very clean. It advertises with free wifi but there are none to be found in the unit which affected my confort rating. Lots of planning goes in those trips nowaday, requiring reliable internet connection. There's no front desk as it is located 5-10 minutes away!"

"From check in to check out everything we experienced was perfect. The staff went out of their way to help us during a medical problem. We needed to visit a Dr on a Sunday evening and the concierge made a phone call to a doctor who then agreed to come to the hotel to make a “hotel” call!!! Prescription was needed and the hotel sent an employee to the pharmacy to pickup and deliver to us. Who does that…the Hotel Molino Stuckey does that!!! Next time in Venice no other place we would stay is at the wonderful hotel with the most caring staff in the world. Special thanks to the Concierge gentleman who made the call for us and the bell boy who went to the pharmacy to pick up the medication. Luciana who translated for us with the doctor and Martina the trainee for her recommendations and pleasant conversations. Hilton hotel you should be very proud of your employees who work there. It certainly made our trip very memorable. "
