"1) they are NOT of any HI international standard. The Staff had check in, spoke no English and over charged us! There is no shared kitchen or even a microwave to warm up a meal. The staff, had no curfew to shut them up. there were so noisy and everyone screamed and shouted to each other and ran ruckus in the corridors of the buildings - from 7pm till 3pm.....

"Oh boy, what to say? The owner is very, very nice, and the place is right at the seafront, close to nice restaurants and the main sights in the city (it's a tiny city, though). However, it was very difficult to find, since it doesn't have a sign (is it a legal hospitality accommodation?), the public spaces are filthy and the private rooms, though reasonably clean, worn and in desperate need of renovation. "Overall, the hotel was wonderful. It was a convenient location for our family to spend a week vacation in the Galilee area. There are attractions, restaurants and shops all nearby. The hotel was extremely clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast and dinner buffets have a wide variety of options. The only reason we would not stay here again was the bathroom design in the rooms. The toilet does not have a full door and the bathroom area does not have a door at all, and even has open shelving to the bedroom area that you can see and hear through, so the bathroom has essentially no privacy. I suppose if you're staying alone, it's not an issue, although still not ideal to have the toilet so open to the bedroom, but definitely consider this if you're sharing a room with anyone! Also the TV's in the rooms are older (not smart tvs) and have a small selection of channels, but there's so much to see and do in the area, it's not much of a problem. The grounds to the hotel are also wonderful with ruins, a chapel, water fountains, lots of area to roam around. We enjoyed everything about the hotel and property, except for the bathroom situation!"
