Merano Historic Center Holidays

The hotel was modern, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the space, the quality linens and towels, and good bath products—it felt like home after traveling through different cities in Italy. I also enjoyed the dining, everything we ordered was perfect! One inconvenience I had was the access to the hotel. I called the night before to ask whether I needed to arrange a taxi from the Somma Lombardo train station and was told taxis would be available outside. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. There were no official taxis—only a couple of local drivers with small cars that couldn’t accommodate our luggage. The walk from the station to the hotel is quite long, which made things difficult. Thankfully, a kind local helped my family and me get to the hotel safely. The staff at the lobby were nice and helpful when we arrived, I’m unsure about the misinformation on the taxi situation.

Great affordable hotel if you need one by the airport. I’ve stayed twice now traveling in and out of Milan and they have a shuttle for a few Euros from and to the airport. Very nice and helpful staff. I realized I had booked the shuttle for the wrong time at 3 am and went down to the desk and the staff changed it for me with a smile. Very clean and comfortable accommodations!

Outstanding service and the cuisine was very soooo good

Check-in was easy; staff was friendly. Location is very convenient to the Parma train station. Facilities at the hotel are very nice.
