"This place was charming and very comfortable. The pictures do not do it justice! It was a delight to walk into the vintage-styled cottage with a turquoise theme! I never spoke with the host because the instructions were thorough and everything was perfect. We'll definitely stay there when I'm next in Murphys! One suggestion: A steel for sharpening the knives would have been helpful."

"Outstanding property in the wonderful Gold Country town of Murphys. House was clean, nicely furnished and fully equipped. Huge backyard that allowed our pooch to roam and investigate.Location was perfect. Walkable to the middle of town (less than a mile) and a couple restaurants and nice local market less than 1/2 mile. Yet far enough out to provide a quiet, restful experience. We loved it."

"The house is beautiful. Old but remodeled and all clean and beautiful. Very well equipped. Close to town but silent enough for a nice break and close to nature. Couldn't ask for more! I'm very picky about linens and showers, towels and this place was definitely a 5 star. Impecable!"
Vintage Vine Retreat w/ Private Studio ~walk Dtwn!

"This was a lovely house near the downtown. It was walkable but we drove due to the health of a few members of our Party. Also very close to the grocery store. Rooms were very comfortable and the studio built in the ADU was very lovely. We had the best time just hanging out in the backyard on the very comfortable deck and sitting around the fire pit. We were a party of 7 and it worked very well. I would stay there again. Communication with owner was quick and clear."
