"Clean, kitchen was nice. Needed a few essentials. Like maybe some plastic wrap, baggies etc. Bathroom very nice. Hot water was good. Make sure to take shampoo, conditioner and all your essentials. Bedrooms were nice. Mattresses could probably use a change out Overall a lovey place to stay. Thank you. "

"Location is excellent, within easy walking distance to downtown. Area seems safe and quiet. Nice touches like providing toiletries, utensils, cookware, and a few treats were a pleasant surprise. The home is newly renovated with a beautiful kitchen making the space very inviting. As far as cleanliness goes, it is in need of a deep clean and some maintenance. Accumulation of dust, dirt and hair in the corners, baseboards etc. Clogged sink. Splatter on bathroom wall, soiled plunger/brush. Slider door has no curtain/blinds and some doors do not close. Minor fixes but if you can over look them you will love this place. "

"We had such a wonderful stay at this vacation rental! The home was absolutely beautiful, clean and thoroughly equipped. One of the important features for us was the huge fenced yard, where our dog had plenty of space to play and explore. The hosts also supplied water and food bowls plus an outdoor water bowl for our dog.Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend for families and anyone traveling with pets!"

"Excellent communication with owners, family feel of home, walking distance to cute little downtown. We had some issues with little bugs, and we couldn’t figure out where they were coming from Other than that downfall, everything else was right on time"

"The Parkside is a charming cottage in a great location. A 5 minute walk to downtown Murphys. You and see and hear the creek from the back yard, the 2 bed 2 bath set up is perfect for 2 couples. The kitchen was very well equipped and the beds comfortable. And the cottage was very clean! We'll definitely stay there again."

"The home was clean, spacious, updated in areas and authentic in others. We really enjoyed the outdoor space. The yard is well kept and the hot tub was very relaxing after walking around town all day! The location was perfect for us to enjoy downtown Murphys! We had a great weekend and hope to make it back next year!!! "
