I asked them to arrange airport transport for me the first 3 times nothing was done the 4th they said it’s reserved 4 hours later I get a knock on my door if I want to reserve transport it’s more money etc… I wake up at 3 am for transport next day theres no transport arranged mass panic breaks out. ...

Amazing staff! Very comfortable rooms. Good restaurant with 24hr menu.Close to airport with complimentary shuttle. Will stay every time I have an early flight out of JRO. Thanks to all the staff! They’re the best!
