I'd have given this place 5 stars but for the fact we were given one room key to share between 3 people which proved restrictive. We asked twice (2 separate days) if any additional keys were available and told no, they had run out. Pool area was spotless, the views were magnificent, just a bit of juggling needed owing to the single room key situation.

Very nice hotel and conveniently located very near to the southeast entrance to the Pompeii ruins. It is also located within a reasonable walking distance to two stations on two different rail lines, providing access to all of Italy.

The hotel has private parking which is quite good for those traveling in rental cars. The room is standard simple and clean. Bathroom is alright, the cubicle doors are a little fiddly but got perfect water pressure. The staff is amazing, friendly and tentative, provided suggestions for dining. We had a delicious seafood dinner at one of the restaurants they recommended nearby!

"This hotel in Naples was in an ugly neighborhood but most neighborhoods in Naples are ugly. No other word for it. But inside the hotel was very beautiful; the restaurant is wonderful and the breakfast buffet is superb. If I had to go to Naples again I would stay here again. There is a wonderful plaza ..."
