Einfache, große FeWo in guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist nichts besonderes, aber sehr groß und hell. Wegen der Größe der Betten, dem einen Bad und der Küchenausstattung kann ich sie für max. 5 Personen empfehlen. 2 Parkplätze sind Luxus, dafür mangelt es an einem schönen gemütlichen Außenplatz. Mergozzo ist ein sehr guter Ort, abseits vom Trubel am Lago Maggiore, mit italienischem Flair und fairen Preisen. Matratzen und Bad könnten eine Erneuerung vertragen

Es war alles Sauber , einfach eingerichtete Wohnung. das einzige was zu Mängeln wäre sind die Matratzen diese waren sehr durchgelesen, Sonst war alles vorhanden und in Ordnung

traumhaftes Wetter, südländische Vegetation Das Ferienhaus ist in die Jahre gekommen und weist Feuchtigkeitschäden an Decke und Bad auf. Teilweise Schimmelbildung an den Wänden. Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Vermieter super freundlich! Kann man weiterempfehlen, sofern man die og. Mängel toleriert. WLAN war für 6 Personen mit zu geringer Bandbreite.

Großzügiges Appartement in sehr schöner Lage. Wir haben viel Zeit auf dem schönen Balkon verbracht. Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Ein schöner, kleiner Ort. Reisetipps: Lage bestens geeignet für abwechslungsreiche Tage. Ortasee, boromäische Inseln, Walsertäler, Valle Grande. Baden, Besichtigen und Wandern, alles vor der Haustür. Auch Mailand und Turin gut erreichbar. Anfahrt über Grimsel und Simplon spektakulär.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und alles vor Haustür, baden, wandern, shoppen. Auch Milano ist nicht weit. Das Wasser vom Lago Mergozzo ist weltklasse. Wir haben noch nie so ein Bade–Erlebnis gehabt. Wunderschön

Die Wohnung ist sehr alt. Es s...

Die Wohnung ist sehr alt. Es scheint, als wolle man nicht mehr renovieren bzw. Mängel wurden sehr provisorisch repariert. Als wir ankamen, war es grundsätzlich sauber, allerdings war die Kaffeemaschine dermaßen verunreinigt... Im Bad war man gerne mal eingeschlossen, weil der Türgriff abfiel und dann von außen Abhilfe geschafft werden musste. Die Heizkosten sind leider ganz schön hoch, da es in der gesamten Wohnung zieht und man sprichwörtlich zum Fenster hinausheizt. Der Vermieter der Wohnung ist super,super freundlich, stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, echt spitze. Sprach auch gut englisch. Reisetipps: Trotz schlechtem Wetter gut zu besichtigen sind der botanische Garten in Verbania und Stresa. Cannobio hat eine schöne Altstadt, genauso wie Stresa. Wir haben auch den Weg nach Luino zum Markt auf uns genommen.
