The staff were efficient, very friendly and very helpful. The room and ensuite were quite small but clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was okay but not high pressured. Unfortunately there was no kettle and no tea and coffee supplies in the room. Sadly missed. Also there were no information leaflets in the room eg. meal times, menus, facilities available etc.

The hotel is close to trams so easy to get into town , the staff are very friendly and you can park securely in Q parking just over the road, nice place easy to find.

Excellent service, friendly staff. Very informative and goes out of one’s way to assist. Property provides in lobby coffee maker with all sorts of hot drinks and even flat or sparkling water. Centrally located to everything one needs to see. Very happy with our stay.

Lovely room with air con and a balcony (Exec). Simple but quality continental breakfast (extra but good value). Small boutique hotel in a great location within easy walking distance of downtown Bordeaux (tourist and retail). We are in two of their recommended bistros during our stay - both good food and value.
