    In an area of ​​the Yucatan Riviera, 10 minutes from Puerto Progreso, 5 from the town of Chicxulub Puerto, 30 minutes from Merida you will find this house with a large private beach, in a residential area so it is very safe, quiet and pleasant

    4 bedrooms with air conditioning, (two bedrooms are on the ground floor)
    3 bathrooms (2 upstairs and 1 downstairs) all with hot water

A comfortable house in an ideal location. Host Gaby was quick to respond to any questions we had. This house is 3 1/2 kms from town, not really walkable. Transportation is readily available - taxis and rickshaws etc. My Market Place is well stocked in groceries and is a short 4 block walk from the house. Casa Del Mangle is truly an ideal vacation home.

Beachfront, poolside, and very comfortable

We selected this house because we wanted to explore the Chicxulub and Progresso areas, and also be lazy and enjoy a pool and beach. This did not disappoint at all. The house had all the amenities you need and all the comforts and space you could ask for., including ample outdoor areas.
