The hotel was cheap for a reason, the rooms are basics, beds are hard, there's a funky smell in the rooms. The pool was great, free parking was appreciated and the staff were helpful. If you want to leave early let them know so you aren't waiting around until 7am to get your car out of the carpark. The staff did seem to have dinner in the foyer at about 10pm which would echo up into our room.

Location is fantastic. A minute from historic Centro. The neighbourhood has restaurant and all shop required. The staff were very flexible and helpful. The red blanket was not too clean and I used it only for a night. I didn't like the shower which is always important.

Excellent location, especially for the price. Parking is off site but a short walk away. We were on the corner so amazing view of the church and the square but a lot of traffic noise from the street earplugs definitely required!

Cute hotel right in the center of Mérida. Walking distance to numerous dining options and the main Cathedral. Rooms were pretty basic, something i am very comfortable with. An option I would definitely consider again if in Mérida. Staff was courteous and attentive.

Affordable and clean

Conveniently located, spacious room with excellent shower- on a busy corner so noisy at times but we were not bothered by it. There was some great music in the square.

The hotel is managed well, and it is clean. The daily room cleaning services are also very good. Apart from that, the restaurant dining and souvenir shopping options close to the hotel are excellent. The only issues that we had were that our TV would not turn on and that the toilet seat would not stay up. Overall, I had a very good experience.

My visit was a bit of a mixed bag. The location was great, the hotel was nice enough and the staff were helpful and friendly. But it was so loud, I needed earplugs to sleep and the beds were basically like sleeping on cement they were so hard. I woke up with back pain every night.

Budget hotel with basic amenities. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the sheets were good. Air conditioning worked well. Slowest elevator, bar none, that I've ever experienced. I was able to login to Netflix on the tv. The best thing about this hotel is the location. Very close to the main square and many restaurant options. A tourism office is located at the perimetre of the main square on the Dairy Queen side. About 1/2 way along under the arches. English spoken here and I found them very helpful.

If you book a room, stay away from the street side. Staff told me it was noisy but we wanted the queen size bed . It is really noisy until about 2am. Parking is way off site as well. You have to walk about 1/2 mile and it closes at 10pm. Staff was very nice. Limited English speaking.

The manager was not really helpful at all! A I don't really care attitude. Not good as he represents the whole hotel. The reception area was dirty, boxes and rubbish all around the back of the reception area. The man who handled our bags and took them up to our room should actually be the manager. He was really friendly and helpful! The rooms are really basic. Not even coffee making facilities. Rooms are clean! Excellent cleaners. Great location.
