Needs new beds

Great location. Thats said. Didnt recieve the rooms booked. Bed would be what one would expect in jail. Thin mattress on a concrete pad, a sheet that didnt fit the bed, no blankets, flat pillows. The light shining through the window day and night, no bkinds/curtain. Felt like torture. Lack of sleep no idea if it was day or night.

Las instalaciones están viejas , se veía ellas fotos están estratégicamente tomadas para apretar lo que realmente es . Habían telarañas en la pared, el baño no estaba sucio pero limpio tampoco, no te dan un edredón para taparte solo una sábana. El personal muy amable eso sí, y como el check in es a las 3pm te dejan dejar tus maletas. Por el precio la verdad que para un día no está mal pero si podrían mejorar y mucho.

No hubo limpieza durante los 3 dias que me quede, una de esas noches a las 4am estaban unos chicos en el patio tomando, con mucho ruido, sin dejarnos dormir y no hicieron nada, parecian amigos de los chicos que estaban en recepcion

La recepcionista en turno me retiro mis toalllas y cosas pensando que me fui por la mañana alas 9 am y no iba a regresar cuando el chec out es alas 12 del dia . Regrese alas 11;30 e hice chec out aunque le hice la observacion ala recepcionista solo hizo caso omiso

Requiere mejorar, muy sencillo

Hotel muy sencillo y que requiere atención en las habitaciones. Es barato pero considero podrian mejorar sin dejar a un lado que es una tipo posada básica. Bien ubicado, personal amable, baño privado y clima.

Pésima experiencia, el del turno nocturno le contestó horrible a mi novio cuando fue a pedirle ayuda para cambiar el control del aire acondicionado porque no funcionaba, nos fuimos al día siguiente aún cuando teníamos otra noche reservada.

Es un lugar con buena ubicación, está cómodo si solo llegas a la habitación a descansar por las noches, la recepción de la TV es pésima, la limpieza deja mucho que desear, en la información del hotel dice que cuentan con estacionamiento, el cuál es mentira porque cuando llegamos tuvimos que pagar aparté estacionamiento y está a la vuelta del hotel, de plano no tienen, en la habitación por la noches hay unos animalitos como mosquitos, y túvimos que pedir insecticida para ponerle al cuarto, la caja de la taza del baño se quedaba sin agua y a veces no llenaba porque está rota la parte que sella para que de llene de agua, lo bueno es la ubicación y el precio.
