When we checked in after midnight, they had a light dinner and wine waiting for us. The staff was responsive, helpful, friendly and professional. The resort was clean and the food was delicious. My only small complaint is a more consistent schedule for the shuttle service around the resort. "Ignored and Disappointed: Poor Communication by Hotel Management
When we extended our stay, the hotel staff failed to inform us about a special 50% May discount. Although the manager later compensated us nicely, our experience with the hotel’s loyalty program has been extremely disappointing.

"My fiancé and I stayed here the night before and night of our wedding. I cannot say enough amazing things about this location or the people who work here. We left feeling like family. We all shed a tear at checkout. I’ve never experienced the level of genuine kindness and hospitality that we did here anywhere in the world. Our wedding would not have been the same without them. "We were welcomed by the helpful couple at reception and showed to our rooms early. The rooms where nice and clean with a comfortable bed. We had a coffee maker in the room which was really nice. The rooms are small but comfortable. The reception gave us some good suggestions where to go for dinner. Everything was close by and within walking distance We had a nice breakfast at the hotel too with many delicious choices.. I can highly recommend this property"
