"Stayed here for my first time to Como and first time travelling as a solo female traveller. Very reasonably priced compared to other accommodations around Lake Como. The hostel is a 5-10 minute walk from the train and bus station and is right next to a supermarket which is very reasonably priced. It is a 5 minute walk to the ferry port and the centre of Como. "Nice clean en suite room in park just North of Monza, basic breakfast and good coffee, entrance gate is very narrow when you are driving a big hire car you have just picked up with the steering wheel on the wrong side 😀 perfect for a night stop, just next to the F1 track, would recommend "

"Extra hidden costs needs to be payed on arrival, no way of avoiding these since they are not optional services. No hot water and when asked about it, the response was to try another bathroom. You get one sheet which works as both the bed sheet and the cover which had holes in it. No keys to the doors to the rooms, all doors was unlocked all the time. Bathroom door couldn't be locked. There is a fan in the room but the condition of that was well past its expiration date, it made a terrible noise."
