Horrible - hotel is disgusting. Carpet coming up. Got to our room and a big fan blowing - smelt like sewage and mildew. Not suitable for any kind of family. Still waiting to get a refund.

I tried to reach the front desk and had to go through way more automation than necessary just to get a toilet plunger that they couldnt send up andnhad me cone down to grab it only for the same employee to be on the floor i was staying on ten minutes later. They also knocked on my room door when i had a "Do not disturb" sign hanging on the door. Its as if they took that sign as a challenge or something. Also when it cones to their breakfast, the sausage links were still raw in the middle. The room was at least clean and the bed was comfortable at least.

We checked in late night, there is no night shift on desk 10mins, after we checked in we alloted room with no sheets. Front Desk apologized gave different room which was not great. In late night man walking in hallway with sound, we left unsafe. I stayed with good and well maintained baymonts, this is wrong one. Overall staff I met was great and welcoming.

I was given a room that was trashed. The second room I was given was also trashed. The third room had finally been “cleaned” but it was in poor condition. The lamp was broken, the window shades were cracked, and the floor and bedding was stained. Staff was very friendly when I interacted with them. Breakfast offerings were fine for the price.

The hotel had poor service and house keeping and was short staffed. I had to ask for more towels and toilet paper. They did not do room service. The TV went out the majority of stay. It was a bad order in the room when I arrived. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor. I had to mop the bathroom myself. I would not recommend this hotel to relatives or friends. The breakfast was ok . Parking was fine. The area was awesome as far as a variety of shopping centers, stores and restaurants. Plenty to choose from. I give it a 2 star because of bad service and poor house keeping.

Night Manager very nice and friendly and helpful. However, room was dirty, ac worked but was nasty and pieces were all over the floor, curtains all ripped up and had to get paper clips to hold together so i couldnt be viewd in my room from outside. Property was sold out and i was too exhausted to keep going so I cleaned what i could just to sleep. Not a great experience. Disappointing

No breakfast served

Just needed a place to sleep for one night on a roadtrip. We got in late with 3 tired kids. The bed had lots of hairs in the sheets. Gross. But so tired we picked them out and went to bed. Not really an option to leave with the kids. The worst part was they did not serve breakfast at all. The night staff took the key but she came back at 8:45 while we were standing down there and said "it wasn't worth setting anything out." Our kids were hungry and we asked if they could just have a yogurt or something easy. "No." Our 4 year old started crying and they still wouldn't. Breakfast is supposed to end at 9:30 so this was very disappointing customer service.

I arrived on Thursday to a dirty room with no towels. I finally was annoying enough to get towels Saturday morning for check out. I was nearly assaulted by some crackhead who ACTUALLY CLIMBED OUT OF HIS WINDOW TO COME AFTER ME. Front desk refused to call the police. If I could give negative stars i would. Ghetto as hell.

Worse hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The place is gross . The employees have bad customer service. There was vomit on the walls and window coverings. The pool was freezing definitely need some work. The hallways have mold in the ceiling . My room had huge holes in the wall. Breakfast was horrible. Nothing was good about this hotel. Bed was itchy and dirty.

This is an independently owned and operated location. Find somewhere else to stay or if it's warm enough you'll be more comfortable sleeping in your car or RV. Dirty towels and clean-ish sheets. Decor is dated and building and facilities are not well maintained. I did try the pool area for health reasons since dirty room can't equal clean pool. I'll take responsibility for this since I failed to read reviews.
